The Brown School's PTA Executive Board does the bulk of the planning of PTA-sponsored events. We meet formally on occasion but also get a lot of work done in the school yard at pick-up and drop-off. Additionally, we attend monthly Somerville Council of PTA meetings at which all of Somerville's PTAs gather to share information and strategize to make the most of our roles as parent-leaders.
